View of Ren, but this time we get a clear view of the girl she hit. It’s IDA, who crouches on her knees and looks above Ren and holds her hands out towards Ren’s shoulders. Ida’s face is pure shock and regret. 

IDA: Ohmigosh, ohmigosh. I did NOT mean to do that. I am SO sorry-

Are you okay? You don't look okay- I mean you look great-

Your skirt is so pretty and oh my gosh I am such a klutz.

Ida begins to stand.

IDA:People always say that about me they always say I need to look where I’m going and–

Panel 1

Angle on both Ren and Ida. Ren starts to rise and Ida’s hands are on both her shoulders. Ren is looking directly into Ida’s eyes. 

IDA: Can you hear me? Do you need help? I am so sor-

REN: I’m okay.

Panel 2

Ren is back on her feet, her hand is raised to her shoulder to brush herself off while Ida’s hand still rests on her other shoulder. Ren’s other arm is instinctively grabbing onto Ida’s elbow. Ren stares directly at Ida’s hand resting on her shoulder.

IDA: I really am so sorry. I shouldn’t have been standing around like that. You go to Dromelot High too, right? Do you need any help getting to-

IDA: Oh! Do you not want me touching you? I’m sorry!

Ida backs up, both hands raised to the sky to indicate she won’t touch Ren anymore. Ren simply stares back, one of her hands weakly reaching out.

REN: No. You…

IDA: I totally understand. Can I get you anything? Are you okay to-

Ren looks embarrassed beyond belief and she turns away, covering her face with her hand from Ida as she runs past her. Tears start to well up in Ren’s eyes. Ida looks concerned and reaches her arm out towards Ren.
